Standard setup includes: one supported printer and one supported Windows PC or Mac, using an existing working Wi-Fi, Ethernet or USB connection; manufacturer driver or app installation; default-printer setup; a test print; and a basic scan test where supported.

Quoted separately: faulty or unsupported hardware, parts and consumables, physical repair, print servers, network redesign, scan-to-email workflows, and multiple printers or computers.

The fixed fee covers the agreed standard setup or troubleshooting work, not a guaranteed repair of faulty hardware. Harrison will stop and agree the next step before carrying out work outside this scope.

Managed device careWITS TRMM agent

Monitoring, patching and a ready remote-support route

First Windows device£40/month

First Mac£55/month

Each additional device£10/month

The authorised WITS TRMM agent can report agreed device health, inventory, update status and technical alerts, support planned patching and provide the remote connection route for an enrolled device.

What the monthly fee covers
  • The agent and agreed monitoring for enrolled devices
  • Supported scheduled patching for compatible operating systems and applications
  • A ready route for routine or agreed urgent remote support
What is confirmed first
  • Mixed Windows and Mac pricing, tooling and supported patch coverage
  • Alert handling, restart windows, service term and safe agent removal
  • Any separately charged investigation, support time or remediation

Availability and security: an installed agent can be used for agreed urgent support subject to Harrison’s availability; it is not a 24/7 helpdesk or guaranteed emergency response. Support and remediation time is charged separately unless the written service schedule includes it. ESET protection remains separate and quote based.
